NO! The only way to get rid of existing fat cells is through surgery. You can reduce te size of fat cells through exercise and a sensible diet.

Not specifically, but it contains beneficial probiotics which will ease the load on your digestive system, which will in turn speed up your matabolism, causing more rapid weight gain. Kefir is a big source of probiotics as well
