i cook lots of food like eggs mac and chese and even i bake cakes

I don't do much cooking, but I really enjoy it when I do. I definitely cook more than my brother, and he's considering culinary school...
I do bake pretty mean chocolate chip cookies... : P
A neat trick I learned was to put honey in them so they stay chewier longer, and you can hardly taste the honey...
Just sharing some cooking wisdom with another chef... tee hee! ^_^

I have been the cook at my house for seventeen years. I'm medically retired and my wife works full time. So I decided it'd suck if I'd expect her to work her tail off eight to ten hours a day and then come home and have to cook, clean, do the laundry and take care of the kids. Not only do I do ALL the cooking - I can do it in the modern kitchen or I can do it over a campfire. Can you bake a wedding cake in a camp Dutch oven over a wood fire and have it come out right? When youse can do that, then I'll salute ya as a master chef! Where'd I learn to cook? From a retired Gunnery sergeant. A true Devil Dog. Semper Fi!

You're on the right track! Especially if you're mastering cakes. I've been cooking for 24 years or so, 9 of them professionally. It's fascinating and fun. The learning process never stops so keep it up!

I cook but I cook complete meals, not just mac and cheese or eggs. I bake too.

Yup, I love to cook. for holidays I like to come up with huge crazy gourmet meals (usually 5 or 6 courses!) to serve to the whole family. I like baking too, but my hubby's a pastry chef so I usually let him do the honors there...

I LOVE to cook...I especially like to try new dishes & ethnic foods.
In my family, feeding people means you LOVE them, so I'm always showing them how much I love them!
