Since I have become a Christian (about a year ago), I have heard many people speak of the Pre-Tribulation Rapture. I would LOVE to believe this and I have read the scriptures supporting it. I'm not necessarily saying I don't believe in the pre-trib rapture, but I cannot get over the parable of the weeds! I just seems to totally contradict the pre-trib viewpoint. I'm hoping that this answer is simple and I am just being dumb... If anyone can explain this, I would greatly appreciate it!

That is a good question and very good that you see the value of the wheat and the weeds! First...sorry, no pre-trib rapture...just another one of the many false doctrines of the apostasy (weeds).

The verses that you have read to support a pre-trib rapture are not at all speaking of it in the way that it has been portrayed by christiandom. This is one of the false stories...

2 Timothy 4: 1-5; "I solemnly charge you before God and Christ Jesus, who is destined to judge the living and the dead, and by his manifestation and his kingdom, 2 preach the word, be at it urgently in favorable season, in troublesome season, reprove, reprimand, exhort, with all long-suffering and [art of] teaching. 3 For there will be a period of time when they will not put up with the healthful teaching, but, in accord with their own desires, they will accumulate teachers for themselves to have their ears tickled; 4 and they will turn their ears away from the truth, whereas they will be turned aside to false stories. 5 You, though, keep your senses in all things, suffer evil, do [the] work of an evangelizer, fully accomplish your ministry."

1 John 4:1: "Beloved ones, do not believe every inspired expression, but test the inspired expressions to see whether they originate with God, because many false prophets have gone forth into the world."

2 Peter 3:15 & 16: "15 Furthermore, consider the patience of our Lord as salvation, just as our beloved brother Paul according to the wisdom given him also wrote YOU, 16 speaking about these things as he does also in all [his] letters. In them, however, are some things hard to understand, which the untaught and unsteady are twisting, as [they do] also the rest of the Scriptures, to their own destruction."

If the pre-trib rapture were justt the way it is taught, then why is the following prophecy in the Bible...
Psalm 37:9-11, 29, 37-40: "For evildoers themselves will be cut off, But those hoping in Jehovah are the ones that will possess the earth. 10 And just a little while longer, and the wicked one will be no more;
And you will certainly give attention to his place, and he will not be. 11 But the meek ones themselves will possess the earth,
And they will indeed find their exquisite delight in the abundance of peace. 29 The righteous themselves will possess the earth,
And they will reside forever upon it. 37 Watch the blameless one and keep the upright one in sight,
For the future of [that] man will be peaceful.
38 But the transgressors themselves will certainly be annihilated together; The future of wicked people will indeed be cut off.
39 And the salvation of the righteous ones is from Jehovah;
He is their fortress in the time of distress. 40 And Jehovah will help them and provide them with escape.
He will provide them with escape from wicked people and save them, Because they have taken refuge in him."

Looks like the wicked will be gone and the meek and obedient ones will be left on the earth.

John 17: 3: "This means everlasting life, their taking in knowledge of you, the only true God, and of the one whom you sent forth, Jesus Christ'

I think the point is that it doesn't matter if it's pre-trib, mid-trib, or post-trib. We don't know, scripture doesn't give us a clear answer, so we should move forward.
There is just as much support that God will take away the evil at the rapture as there is for the idea that only the "saved" will be called. Either way, we know which one of those groups we want to be in! I think it boils down to the fact that we should live in today with an understanding of the principle of what may happen tomorrow. We don't need to know th details to understand the point: one day there will be a separation of those that have received Christ and those that have not.

Great question!

There is no pre tribulation rapture. It is directly after the 3 1/2 year reign of the antichrist. The word rapture is not in the Bible. Instead we will be caught up, then brought back to earth. God has always desired to dwell in Zion, which Jerusalem, which is on Earth. If anybody wants to go to heaven, they'll be alone. God will reign on the earth and rule it.

it extremely is as a results of the fact no person knows. each and each denomination replaced right into a various interpretation, so which you wont get a right away answer. interior the top it wont actual rely. it somewhat is in God's arms of ways it is going to play out. Is the rapture genuine? Are we close to the top? be attentive to one knows.... and we by no potential will.

I can tell you are smart, just by the fact you read it for yourself. Christians are going to be here in the tribulation, how will they refuse the mark of the beast and endure to the end if they are not here at that time
