If so, how did he do it? I'm sure tons of medical professionals would very much appreciate any tips God could give them on saving lives.

ladyhawk, thanks for that, but you didn't answer my question. Does GOD ever cure someone of cancer? I mean God himself.

No.
But I have also know some poor folks who believed that God had cured them so they stopped all treatment that could have saved their lives.

Ah, the medical professionals huh? God created man in his image-where do you suppose Doctors came from? The illnesses are created in our bodies but God did not create them. Therefore, I have always believed that God made Doctors to treat his children well. I survived cancer.

Yes God has cured many people of cancer, that I know of - without any medical intervention

No. But it is possible that someones belief in God helped to cure them.
I'm an atheist, but I do believe people's mental condition can effect their physical condition.
That said, I wasn't about to try to fix my recently broken toe with my mind!

Yes, He has. He's also raised people from the dead, so cancer is a no brainer. Don't forget, he made the whole universe. What's a little cancer to him!

There is no such thing as cancer. It is not mentioned in the Bible.
