Here's my perfect recipe for the Ultimate Jello Shot. With these liquid measurements you get a shot that is firm, not too sweet and it gives you a nice hint of the vodka flavor. It's the hint of vodka flavor that makes them perfect for a party - otherwise just serve regular jello!
Slowly, while stirring, add the dry Jello powder (sweetened version) to 4 ounces boiling water. Then stir in 4 ounces cold water. Finally stir in 8 ounces Vodka. Immediately pour the mixture into 1 ounce plastic cups and chill. Ready in approximately 30 minutes! Enjoy!
The greatest combinations I have found are-
Vodka with Lime , Lemon, or Raspberry Jello
Rum with Pineapple, Cherry or Tropical flavored Jello
Tequila with Lime

You can add up to 4 ounces more alcohol to the recipe by eliminating equal amounts of water. Any more alcohol than that , then the shot won't set up firm. The Unsweetened versions of Jello are best for more alcohol, since there is no sugar to melt with the hot water. I think the sweetened Jello makes a Jello Shot that is more like a cocktail flavor!

Berry Sour Apple Jello Shots:

This is Jell-O for grown-ups. Cook time is chilling time. :)

4¼ hours 5 min prep
36 servings

2 (3 ounce) boxes raspberry Jell-O gelatin (or strawberry, cherry or mixed berry, but I prefer the raspberry)
1 1/2 cups very hot water, not quite boiling
1 cup bacardi golden rum (depends how strong you want them, I use just 1 cup)
1/2 cup sour apple liqueur (Pucker brand schnapps)

1. Place very hot water in a bowl; add jell-o powder and mix thoroughly to completely dissolve the powder.
2. Stir in rum and Pucker.
3. Pour into a lighly greased (for easier removal) rectangular pan.
4. Cover and chill at least 4 hours or until completely set.
5. Cut into squares or use small cookie cutters to cut shapes and place each in a foil mini loaf or foil cupcake baking liner.
6. Keep out of the kids' reach.
7. Serve cold.

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://biturl.im/aU6CV

The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

Yea, the other girl is right. Half booze, half water. Still gets you frunk, but can't taste the alc too much. ;)
I like mine with Bacardi white, and umn.. rasberry or strawberry jello.
But the lemon, or lime jello and tequilla.. sounds intriquing.. gonna try that sometime.. for that one, I'd do straight alc. Just not as much as perscibed in the recipe or it won't set.
*Also try using ice cubes instead of water, so the mix will settle faster, optional put it in the freezer - but than don't get soo drunk to forget to take it out! haha..

Have fun!
Cheers,
-N.
