Bit richer tasting than a hens egg but otherwise the same,except for size though.As someone else said they are equivalent to about 3 hens eggs so if you are baking with them it's a good idea to weigh them first. And if you hard boil them give them a good 12-15 mins!

I used to use goose eggs to make egg custard. I could'nt tell the difference between them and hen eggs, just the size. I think one goose egg would be the equivalant to about 3-4 hen eggs.

You can eat them and they are lovely :) Just bigger than a hens egg and I believe a bigger yolk to white ratio, so they'll make your cakes extra fluffy.

Yes, you probably could, I would assume they are larger and maybe a bit darker than chicken eggs.

YES LUV THEY ARE BEAUTIFUL MUCH LARGER THAN A HEN EGG FEW SOLDIERS I FOUND IT VERY FILLING. TASTED MUCH MORE BETTER THAN A HEN EGG
