Do you wait for a month after meeting them from a club? I don't know if he likes me or not though. He stares at me, asked me to come over to his house to smoke (i know its bad but we both do it and my question isn't how to quit). He also in a joking way said to me i could take pictures of him naked. He is 2 years younger than me. but when should i ask him out?? And should i even ask him out at all? Do you think I have a chance with him?

If he can't screw up the courage and the balls to ask you out, it ain't worth it to try.
Make him sweat, smoke all of his weed/cigarettes and tempt him/flirt with him and make him want you.
