Change up your routine. Pick some cool music that you can blast. Excercise in different places, maybe even outdoors when it's nice. Rent excercise videos (they're free at my video store).
Buy new workout clothes!!!!

Play some pumped up music like the Black Eyed Peas. Do it w/ a partner so you can joke around or compete w/ each other. Try one of those step classes that have flashing lights or one of those classes where you have to do a different exercise every 7 minutes. Practice a different type of exercise every day of the week (yoga, boxing, running, weights, martial arts). Turn your exercise into an outdoor activity like hiking, kayaking, or volleyball. Work out a reward system for yourself (2wks of exercise=going out to dinner).

I either watch TV or listen to upbeat music. I still have a Richard Simmons "Dancing with the Oldies." I hear Curves has a quick group exercise.

do something you like - even dancing is exercise and i LOVE it - or sports if you're into them

you could also exercise while watching tv or listening to music

or exercise with a friend =)
