minute by minute to half hr to half hr to hr by hr. It is never easy and it is not any fun. filled with tons of hurt. Just keep reminding yourself that you love yourself enough to get over him so that you may find "the right one". Remind yourself of who he really is and not who you may want him to be. Just keep saying to yourself that you love you and that you wnat to enjoy happiness with someone who is the one. it will get easier.

That's a hard one. Right now I'm going through the same thing. You can't just stop suddenly loving him, even though you know he's not the right one. It takes time. Take time to do some self reflection, and find out what you really want.

If you know he is not the right one then you must not love him as much as you think (or even really love him at all). If you want to end it without hurting him, there is no way. You need to tell him that you feel this relationship cannot last and tell him why. He deserves an explanation since you have put enough time in to "think" or believe you love him.

Isn't it ironic being in love with someone and then finding out that is not the right one? Off course it is but we do that in order to find the person of our dreams. We do need to give time to get to know the other person well and during that time we get closer and closer with him. But is that closeness we fell love or caresses? If your hard still beats fast for him...don't let it go even if you think that he is not the right one...

Your need to be very strong, because if you don't get to courage to leave the person, is just like having a bad habit.
Give yourself distance, don't call, don't meet. If that person calls, ignore, ignore, ignore!!!!!!!!! Go out with friends, don't stay home, don't sulk. Go do some exercises (it will make you feel better and give you confidence, thank the endorphins for that) hang out with friends, go to the movies, the mall, anywhere!
you'll see with time and a bit of distance, you'll wonder why you even gave that person the time of day!

Just let it stop...try and stop...move on and you will realize that you don't love that person no more. Things happen, only for a reason.
