What is the actual success rate or "happy endings," of Internet dating as opposed to alternatives?

i've heard stories where people actually married and still are. personally.... i have my doubts about it. u have 2 try XTRA hard at a relationship like that because u cant read body language over the internet. u have to express yourselves extra carefully and put forth more effort than a normal relationship.
but like i said....i have heard of success stories, so love is what it is.... what have u got 2 loose? if u dont at least try it for a lil while, you'll always wonder what could have been....
