There is no mental pr physical need to ever copulate. Sex for humans serves two main purposes: fulfill a desire for pleasure and reproduction. Secondary to those reasons sex serves as a means to show affection to another. There are other ways to show affection though. So, if you have no desire to reproduce your genetic material and have no physical/sexual desire there is no reason for you to ever have sex.

Need? NO! Want...probably. You may have an apetite for it but not having sex will not be fatal like dehydration or starvation.

No you don't but if you want to burn a lot of calories fast then it's suggested that you do just that. If you exercise then you won't need to. But eventually you'll want to.

No, unless you want children. But it is not something to set aside lightly, as it is one of the better things in life.
