I'm glad you asked. Here goes:
1) Cutting short ahead of me to get in my lane
2) Not using your turn signal, not even long enough before you move in front of me.
3) Being really stupid and doing the same thing as listed above in front of semi-trucks.
4) Thinking you are the only important one on the road, and drive like everyone else needs to get out of your way.
5) Speeders
6) The drivers in the right lane, who when seeing oncoming traffic, speed up to get past them, instead of being courteous and correct, and allowing them to get on the freeway ahead of you.
7) Or, as listed in #6, don't move over to the center lane (if there is room to move over) so the oncoming traffic can get on easier.
8) On regular city streets, or even in parking lots, at the cross walks, drivers who are in such a hurry, or just plain not courteous, and forget that pedestrians have the right of way in crosswalks, etc.
9)What REALLY ticks me off, is people who run red lights-when they KNOW they are red, and speed thru-don't care about anyone else-whether in another car (even in a different direction) or pedestrians trying to safely cross the street.
10) Throwing trash, cigerettes, etc. out their window.
11) Music playing SO LOUD that the car it's playing in VIBRATES and the person driving that noisy car doesn't even care about what damage they are doing to their hearing, nor do they care about the hearing of the passengers in their car.
12) People who are so IMPATIENT that if the car ahead of them is stopped at a green light for a valid reason (traffic), and they are so in a hurry, they feel like they have to honk the horn of their car.
I think that about does it for me for now. Thank you for asking. Take care.

In order of "annoyance"

1.) People who drive 5-10mph under the posted limit side by side one another, while hundreds of people are trying to go home or get around.

2.) People who sit at a green light like they don't know what to do.

3.) People who refuse to take a right turn on red (when it's clearly legal here and posted) until they get a green light.

All three of these have one thing in common and it's based on paying attention to the road, the signs and the people nearby.

I could care less how fast or slow someone goes, but just don't get in the way or cause problems. And protected turn signs are posted for a reason..read them and use them. They are there to help with congestion. So by sitting there, you are becoming a problem.

I also agree with the other guy's response about cell phone usage...some people just shouldn't be allowed to be on the phone because 9 times out of 10 they do one of those top things I listed while spacing out on the phone. Ok I'm done venting. lol

What bothers me is that everyone thinks their personal agenda is more important than their neighbors'. It's okay for them to cut you off, because they're in a hurry and have an SUV. I've done a lot of driving and have learned that stupidity never takes a day off!

The other day there was a woman going under the limit in the left lane, whilst traffic was stacked up behind her. I decided I'd just pass her on the right, but she speeded up to try and prevent me from passing her. I just cut her off.

They turn and change lanes without signalling, they change lanes without checking to see if someone is in their blind spot, they get in the furthest lane left and hang out there at a slow speed, preventing anyone from passing, they pass you on the right at an off-ramp - coming around to get in front (it's really dangerous), and they honk if anyone at the stop light turning green is slower than 0.0005 seconds coming out into the intersection. Also, if you're going to drive a car in a place like New York City, you need to learn drive by the unwritten rules, as well as the official rules. Otherwise, it messes everyone else up.

Tailgating
Weaving in and out of traffic
Not using turn signals
Driving for miles with the turn signal on
Driving a 4x4 SUV like it is tank and safe regardless of road conditions
Driving 45 in the fast lane on the interstate
Not using headlights when there is poor visibility
Freaking out and being scared to pass a cop going 10 mph under the speed limit.

Morons who are in the carpool lane that suddenly come to an almost complete stop. Then they merge over without using turn signals and drift into several lanes slowing the entire freeway down until they reach the exit ramp. All this happens within a quarter of a mile.

Gigantic SUVs with tinted windows with NO passengers being driven by someone talking on a cell and smoking. Assholes!

Oh yeah, people who weave in and out of traffic to get 5 feet farther ahead at the next stoplight. *********!

Hey, what happened to the profanity filter?

People who run red lights. It has become such a problem in AZ over the past few years that they're setting up measures like cameras to help with this problem.

People who drive too slow. yes I like to drive fast & yes I drive an SUV

When people tailgate. On the freeway, I could be passing another car who is going too slow, and in order to pass that car, I have to go 10-15 miles over the speed limit because they will somehow pick up speed as I am trying to pass. Cars behind me will tailgate me as if I am going super slow when in reality, I am speeding and could get a ticket.

Another tailgating issue I have is when I am driving on mountain roads and someone tailgates me. I don't have a car that is low to the ground or has super good handling. My car is a 4-door medium-sized sedan (Dodge Intrepid). Some of these mountain roads border a ditch or forested area (lots of trees to run into if you go off the road, or a ditch to get stuck in). Occasionally these same roads border high mountain cliffs with no guardrails. Just because someone else wants to take their life in their hands, doesn't mean they should try to force me to do the same. I drive the posted speed limit for these roads and inevitably, someone will tailgate me and try to force me to drive faster. If I am driving at night, then when they tailgate me, their lights are right in my eyes - especially if they are a truck with higher-beamed lights. This makes driving dangerous. If I felt confident in my car's ability to handle well on those curves, and my own ability to speed faster than the posted "safe" limit, then I would surely drive faster just to get these idiots off my tail. Obviously, I don't feel secure in my ability to drive faster or my car's ability to handle better or I would be doing it in order to get away from these bozos. When people tailgate under these circumstances and they successfully force someone to drive faster, they are endangering that person and anyone in their car because they are "forcing" them to drive faster than their ability or their car's ability. That's immoral, and if someone goes off a cliff as a result, then those tailgaters should be guilty of murder, in my opinion. I have need to travel to the mountains on occasion and I have seen more than my fair share of car accidents where drivers have gone over the side of a mountain. Not a pretty sight. People need to stop tailgating!
