What side dishes are good for a luau?

Question

We are having a party and will be making some shishkabobs. Can't think of any sides for a luau theme. Something easy. Thanks!

1 cup marshmallow creme
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 tablespoon orange juice concentrate

DIRECTIONS
In a bowl, stir together mayonnaise, marshmallow creme, ginger, and orange juice concentrate until well blended. Let rest for a few minutes, then stir again.

Cold Tropical Macaroni Salad

INGREDIENTS
1 (16 ounce) package macaroni
10 hard-cooked eggs, peeled and chopped
1 (16 ounce) jar creamy salad dressing
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 apple, cored and chopped
1 (8 ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained
1 (15 ounce) can peas, drained
DIRECTIONS
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
In large bowl combine pasta, eggs, dressing, onion, apple, pineapple and peas. Chill 2 hours in refrigerator. Serve cold.

Tropical Delight Punch

INGREDIENTS
1 (64 fluid ounce) bottle pineapple juice
1 1/2 cups coconut rum
DIRECTIONS
In a pitcher, combine pineapple juice and coconut rum. Stir, and serve over ice.

Sweet potatos or yams, baked or roasted, and stir fry some bok-choy, gold bell peppers and red onions in a little wine and soy sauce. Grate a little orange rind on top. Broiled pineapple chunks.....
