Eat healthy and exercise and try to have an equal amount of it. Also get plenty of sleep eat regularly and don't skip any meals. Also don't go on any of those diet pill these yes will make you lose weight but the are terribly for you. They basically eat away at your body tissue as well does liquid diets. Drink loads of water this sometimes makes you less hungry. Also to keep you from eating anything after dinner brush your teeth after dinner reminding you no more food. Also what you could do is during holidays like Thanksgiving instead of getting a regular size plate and fill it up ask if there is a smaller plate for you to have so it looks like your plate is full but you aren't having as much food.
