turn the ignition key from full off to on but do not start the truck do this up to 10 times in a row w/oot stopping when the locks pop up and down press the remote to accecpt the code the send me my 10 points

cycle the key on and off 8 times within about 8 seconds or less .. keeping the key on, on the 8th time... doors should lock them unlock.. hit button on remote.. doors will lock them unlock... do this for all key fobs and shut key off when finished.. recheck to make sure all work after
the procedure is in the owners manual also

There should be information in your owners manual to tell you how to go about this. If you have no manual, or cannot find the information there, contact your local Ford dealer. I would expect they could hook you up without a charge. If there was a charge involved, it would have to be small.
