IF i change the batteries and make sure everything is in place properly and the way it should be, why does it not turn on? I've tryed everything i can think of please help me.

If a camera won't turn on, the common point to check would be the batteries. Try using non-alkaline batteries that are compatible with the camera. If they won't work, try to clean the metal plates on the battery holder. If that won't work, contact the technical support team for your camera. You can do it via phone or via e-mail. Normally, their web page has a contact support page that you can use. It will be a bit tedious because they have to provide many troubleshooting steps but try it out because one suggestion might work.

make sure the batterys are facing the right way ect
then if it still doesn't work you should take it back to the store

take it back to the store where you got it and get another one.

I had a camer that would have a computer fittttt, the answer to that was take batteries out for a, good 5 min!s.Its worth a try ,
unless you have done this when changing batteries......Mel..........
