They have nail clippers with nail catchers, they are really cheap and you can get them in a chinatown or korean store.

You can buy nailclippers now that come with this plastic attachment on it that catches the nail clippings. About $5 at Walmart.

if you clip them right after taking a shower nails are soft and not hard, therefore not flying all over the place!

Cup your hand around the end of your finger to catch them. Also, the shorter they are when you cut them, the softer.
