There is no prayer that God doesn't listen to. So prey in any way that makes you comfortable. Thank God for everything that He's done in your life and ask him for the strength and wisdom help others.

If you have to find your strength through prayer, then your strength is illusory and misguided... You become a danger to your loved ones.

You cannot pray for anything that you do not have.

Remember, scientific studies show: nothing fails like prayer.

Try to rescue yourself while you still can... Start studying atheism or agnosticism or universalism...

Get on your knees and tell God exactly what you need (he already knows but he wants to hear it from you) Then believe that God is going to give you what you need. Belief is everything. Be sure to thank him before and after he gives you what you need.

There is so much energy out there you can draw upon. There isn't a certain prayer, it's what's meaningful for you.
