What are begginer excersises that Icn do to work on my stomach? What pills? My stomach is huge now. I cn barely button my pants, everything else looks good.

Do sit ups as well, though there is no exercise that can do spot reduction.

I'd suggest some cardio as well.

If you watch your diet and do as the previous answers said, you will be fine.

Angel, sorry to say but no one typical exercise will be able to directly affect the stomach layer of fat. But any exercise, as long as it is continuous, slow and consistent will burn it, IF you stop depositing some more every day!

1) Slow exercise means a fast walk, biking, elliptical machine, swimming etc...a minimum of 30-40 min a day (start with 10 min if you have not been doing anything, and grow 10% every week).

2) To stop depositing more fat on top of the existing one, or replacing the one you are burning with exercise, you need to cut back on single carbohydrates (cookies, candy, SODAS, pizza, pasta, breads etc... etc...). Only eat around 30 g of good carbs a day (e.g. from rice, whole wheat bread etc...) for ONE month, increase to 40 on the second month and to 50 g on the third.
After that, find a balance that will not add to the shape you want as your final goal.
