The Client begins with the suicide of Jerome Clifford - lawyer for Barry "the Blade" Muldanno - who drives his car into the lake and is drunk and asleep because of the gas in the car. Upon seeing the suicide, Ricky, Mark Sway's younger brother, goes into shock. Mark calls the police and is found at the scene. Police and the FBI discover that Mark was in the car and may have spoken with Jerome Clifford. Clifford knew where the body of a murdered US Senator was buried and the FBI needs this information. The FBI is now after Mark Sway because they believe he knows where the body is. Mark hires a lawyer named Reggie Love (female) to help him. Mark is reluctant to tell the FBI what he knows because the Mafia has threatened him not to tell a soul where the body of the Senator is buried.

Kid sees mob murder, gets free atty, tried to lay low til testimony, brother is ill, he tells feds he will testify only if his brother's medical is covered and his mom get a house (protection). But, I would watch it again bec. there is alot in between. Like where is the body of the man they killed??
