to lose stoamch fat you need to take less calories in,and do crunches/situps at least 3-4 times a week for at least 30 of cardio,or whatever you want to target.

Every other day is good.
Try to do more cardio workouts, such as running (or join a gym's spin class or aerobics class) for at least half an hour.
Then do 20 sit-ups, 20 crunches (3 reps).
Your diet is also important.

you should do one exercise a day at least, do something every day. walking will not make you lose the belly , haven't you noticed most teachers look like barrels, they walk until their legs fall off and their mid section gets no attention and they end up looking like barrels, you gotta do something that afftects the midsection.
