Um, God didn't rest on Sunday, He rested on the 7th Day, which is Saturday. God never changed the Sabbath from Saturday to Sunday. The catholic heretics did that (and they will answer to God for the violation of the 4th Commandment and for teaching men to do the same).

What God did on SUNDAY when He came back to work was to deal with the mess that Adam & Eve caused by disobeying Him and then setting up history in a way that He could come and save us from our stupidity, ignorance and disobedience.

LOL! Great question!
Actually, I believe He is still in the seventh day, at rest. Scripture indicates that He is seated at rest, at least.
The point is that we should also be at rest. That doesn't mean that we don't have work to get done, but that we should keep ourselves in a state that doesn't get all worked up over anything.

God transcends time, so the "day" in question could have been billions of years long. He is still on day 7.

He told his two employees, who had no knowledge of good and evil, not to do something, waited until they did it, then flipped out and fired them. Great boss.
