Ill continue eating the same as I do now, which is average. Im 17, female, weight 180 pounds and am 6'2. Thanks!

Why do you need to loose weight. You seem to have a pretty reasonable weight for someone 6'2" (BMI of 23 which is considered healthy.)

Consider this:
The more effort you put into the exercise the more calories you will burn, so it would be difficult to predict weight loss.
Second, eating exactly the same amount, can be difficult if not impossible to do unless you are measuring you food now, and continue to do so.

I would suggest, engaging in moderate exercise unless you are an athlete in training (the conform to your training routine). Eat healthy: avoid junk food and get plenty of fruits and veges. Don't worry about your weight

Probably about 2 pounds a week.Easier to put it on than take it off.

yes, but diet and exercise together will get better results..stay away from the three B's ...beer, bread, butter
