You don't have to tell him, or ask him to kiss you. All you have to do is pick a moment when everything is going smoothly, and kiss him. If you dating him, you don't have to worry about who's making the first move. He's your man, you wanna kiss him, then just do it. Personally i don't think he'll mind that. well this has happened to me before too.
just stay close to him.
and if you are sitting down make sure your head is close to his and keep looking over at him and make eye contact and go in for it!!
you should put your head on his chest and keep looking up at him and eventually he will look down at you at the same time and it will happen!
