You should complete Form 8822, Change of Address and mail it to the Internal Revenue Service. The address to mail it will be on page 2 of the Form. You can access the form by clicking on the link below.

when you send in the form - put your corrected address on it
and do not use the address label provided by the IRS

give it to the address duh but if it's like you live in nevada and the wrong address is in rhode island then i don't have any ideas.
