favorite dog breed?

I have two - Shelties and Yorkies! Both great dogs!

I have to say the Doberman,for several reasons. They are extremely loyal,intelligence and they are very protective dogs. I have had Dobermans for yrs and their almost human, mine are all from the war dog breed line which is rare but seem to be growing with breeders. There larger than your average Doberman with a little wider head. They weigh around 110 - 130 pounds and are beautiful dogs.

Toy Poodles :)

Height: up to 10 inches (25.4 cm.)
Weight: 6-9 pounds (3-4 kg.)

Living Conditions
Toy Poodles are good for city life as well as country living. They are very active indoors and will do okay without a yard.

Exercise
They like to go for a walk, and will keep in better humor and be fitter if given regular opportunities to run free in a safe area. Toy Poodles are not demanding as far as exercise goes.

Life Expectancy
12-15 or more years.

Poodles shed little to no hair and are good for allergy sufferers.

Actually, as an owner of three dogs, I tend to really like my mixed breed most of all. He's a German shepherd/Lab mix. He's kind to us and a great watch dog at the same time.
The others are beagles. I like them OK but that Lab/Shep; well let's say he's my baby. The others were adopted by my bf.

I was a very happy dog owner for 14 years (she was a Chow mix) and made my family very happy.

If I could have another Chow mix like her I would be a very, very happy man. However I have also found that I like the following dogs:

Labrador Retrievers (especially the chocolate 1's), Vizlaus, Jack Russell Terriers, Akitas, Huskies & some Pit Bull Terriers.

I've had many in my long life, but my last one ws the most intelligent pooch I've ever had, or heard about. She was mixed breed, looked like a half sized old english sheep dog.
Other dogs that I've had - -- Collie, black and tan hounds, registered black lab, and mixes. The mixes are always the easiest trained, most intelligent, and all around buddies.

Rottweiler - I have 2 Rocky and Rambo , they are brothers,and the best dogs I have ever had,loving,playful,smart - and god help if anyone tried to hurt me with those 2 around :)

Has to be Bernese Mountain Dog.Never had a dog so well behaved,friendly and so good with children,people and other animals.
