Melt some chocolate and dip.
If you mean how to make the melted chocolate just melt some chocolate chips in a heavy pot on the stove, I use a mix of semi sweet and milk chocolate, you can also add some chocolate bark, I don't use a double boiler. Attend the pot carefully while you melt over low heat, stirring constantly.
Dip the strawberry in half way, put on wax paper to dry. You can decorate by melting white chocolate and drizzling it over the harden chocolate. Remember to leave the leafs on your strawberry, easier to dip and they look pretty.

It's really easy. What I do is get the semi-sweet baking chocolate, and melt it over low heat. Dip the washed strawberries into the chocolate holding the leafs up. Just set in the fridge for a little while to harden them, and eat! Delicious...

get baking chocolate and melt it slowly over low heat in a sauce pan on the stove, stirring contstantly (or go the easy way out, and buy the container of stuff that you just microwave.. but its not as good) and then when its all the way melted, dip the strawberries and put them on wax paper. if you want to get fancy, melt some white chocolate and drizzle some over the strawberries, or dip em white and drizzle the milk chocolate
goes great with sparkling juice...

just melt some chocolate - best way is in a bowl over a pan of simmering water. dip your chocs, put them on baking paper and allow choc to set - done. easy-peasy! try and get good quality chocolate. and if you are doing it too impress and want to be extra swish, then do as above but use white choc, once its set repeat but half dip at an angle (so only half the strawberr is coated) in dark/milk choc - very nice!!
