Who works with my girlfriend. She said that she would
never tell but she did. Now my girlfriend has quit me.
I feel it was wrong for this woman to tell after she
promised not to. What should I say or do to get my
girlfriend back?

Ok rule one women always talk about sex although they say they don't.

You need to first take responsibility for your involvement in the situation. You should have been exclusive to your girlfriend in the first place. You will have to prove that you are trustworthy; and it is an arduous task trying to regain someone's respect and trust. If you really feel she is worth the "journey" then get started. If not, move on and learn from this situation. The moral lesson is: Keep that zipper closed with all your might.

You should feel wrong about cheating on your girlfriend not the other girl. Maybe you should think before you f**k. It's up to your ex girlfriend to take you back.

depends - did you sleep with this woman while u were with your gf? if so you dont deserve her back. if it was before u two got together then explain it all happened a long time ago etc. etc.
