Just do it! No sense hiding your feeling. IT would make it worst the longer you wait.

you have to be completely honest. if you truely don't want to be with this person you have to be completely clear that the relationship is over, do this a nicely as possibe though as it's likely they will be hurt. say what a great person they are (if that's what you think) and that you wish them all the best. be open and honest about your reasons for breaking up with them though as this will help them move on. good luck!
