typically, condo fees cover maintenance, which are not deductible. if for some reason the real estate taxes are included in the condo fee then you could deduct those taxes. If you rent then the owner of the condo would pay the real estate taxes and would get the deduction. Rent is not deductible.

You can deduct your property taxes if you own; you can deduct your rent if you do that, so those fees would "seem" to be something allowable.
