why do I have great pain when I do any effort like running,dancing,or even walking for a long time the lower left part of my abdomen(probably where the colon is).
and this pain stops only after I stop the effort by 15 minutes
known that the effort does not exceed 10 minutes or even 7.

Many runners get this same problem before they get their "second wind" and usually, it is because of breathing issues. Either you are breathing wrong (in and out at the wrong time) or you are not breathing at the right rate, possibly breathing in a restrictive or slow method. Try to watch your respiration rate and breath enough and at the right time and never restrict or pause your air intake.

Also, another issue might be water intake. Make sure you drink at least 8 glasses (64 oz) of water each day, more before and after you exercise.

You may have a hernia. You should really talk to the doctor about this.

It could be a hernia. Better get it checked out. If that's what it is it will only get worse. Hope you get better.
