My experience with accidents is that it's never the people involved in the accident that get to make the decision. It's usually the officer at the scene.

Besides, who cares if someone rear-ended you. Without trying to sound cheesy or anything, you could've killed a child which is worth more than anything anyone could ever buy.

as long as you didn,t hit the child.........you were in control of your vehicle.........the driver behind you was not in control.....therefore they were at fault!
