ok my BEST FRIEND... has neva meet my boyfriend b4 so she wanted to talk to him... his phone aint workin right now so i gave her his email.... ever since then i havent talked to him but in school she "says" she talks to him everyday adn he is so funny, im so jealous.. If you really think something is up, checking his e~mail should be your last resort. talk to her about what she really thinks of him, but don't say outright that she going to steal your boyfriend away from you. tell her that you think she's acting flirty with him, but that your not mad and that you want her to stop. also, talk to your boyfriend and ask about what he thinks of her. tell him that your not saying he likes her, but she is acting kind of acting that way about him and that you just feel awkward. if you cannot get any info out of either of them, then if you want to, check the email, but not any un-opened letters. You could but that would be dishonest. If he is being dishonest, He would probably have given her an alternate E-mail knowing you have his PW. But dishonest people are not usually smart. But you seem to forget, He is your Boyfriend. Not your property. This means you should be honest and open about your thoughts feelings and fears, and should expect the same in return. And you Best Friend should also be open and honest with you. as well as you to her. We never Own each other. Friends lovers children parents are people we hope to have love and trust with. attempts to control and possess any one causes harm to a relationship. let people be who they are, be who you are, then in truth and trust both your best Friend yourself and your boyfriend can become closer. Forget the rules of what people say should be. Look into what is the truth of how each of you feel and each believe. after that you can find a balance that works for everyone, or you cannot. but the resolution will be the best for everyone. even for you. People forget that sometimes, If it seems best for me and bad for them, the truth is it is bad for me too. Honesty. with how you feel and believe from all three of you. It can be scary it can be hard. the more you care the harder it is to be honest for fear of what they think. get past that, and your union will be indivisible.

No you shouldn't.
If you go into his e-mail then you are guilty of mistrust, and if you've gone that far then you really need to consider whether you should be together anyway.
Why don't you ask him whats been going on, If you do it in a nice way, and use some charm then he should give up the information easily.
It could be a mutual friendship, it could be more serious.
If you're best friend is doing that to you then she should be renamed.... try acquaintance instead!

There is a moral 'code' that needs to be present among all best friendships. You don't go after your best friend's boy/girlfriend. In fact you avoid it like the plauge. Its conveniant. Its cheating. Its hurtful. Its wrong. Understand that all three of you are young and not so experienced, then explain this to her, calmly. If that doesn't work, you need to find some better friends.
