place a few pealed potatoes in your soup and simmer. the potatoes will absorb spices.

There's no such thing as too much garlic but if you think there is then add lots of chopped parsley and add creme fraiche atablespoonful at a time until you reach the desired taste.

you did,nt state whether it was cream based or clear.so it,s kinda hard to tell you how to go about fixing it.I guess that whatever your base is broth or milk add more to dilute to your taste.if it also dilutes other flavors such as your spices add more till you are satisfied.
