I asked this because when I speak to girls they always say that to me. When I was 10 years old, I thought boo means they don't like me and baby means a infant.

baby is a term used to mean sweetheart, or hunny. or somehting like that. why does everyone need to read something into everything.

well, they might like u a lot , that's maybe the reasons why they gave u nickname, so grow up. get used to it. if they'll like u more than that, they might gave u even weirder nickname.
