Years ago, I worked in a Japanese restaurant, and the big thing was a quail egg in the beer....bleugh! =0)

Yup.
Didja know that if you have an old fashioned percolator for your coffee, (not an electric drip cofee maker) you can break an egg into it. Makes the coffee nice and clear. Settles the grounds. (I don't know, my Mom told me that. If it's not true, blame her.)

better to save the egg for the next morning when the hangover kicks in. it is wonderful recovery food.
