There aren't any. You'll be unpopular, and you can't have sex or take drugs.

Wow! That is a wonderful question. With many levels to answer as well.
First of all if it is fame, popularity, or fortune that you are looking for in being a teenage christian in todays world.. most likely not to happen.
Secondly, there are advantages inwardly for you. With Christ as your leader, the one you look up too, you will not fall for the worlds tricks. You will not feel like it is you against the world.. you will know that "with Christ in me, who can go against me"
Thirdly, you make better choices following Christ's example instead of anyone in the world.
Finally, if by being a teenage christian you help one person in your whole life to gain Christ all is gain. You live the life the best you can, and as closely to the bibles teachings as you can. You may be the only bible some one ever reads.
Best that you can... never look back, and never think it isnt worth it... because it is and you are..
Now go out and be the best and biggest christian you can be.

Do not listen to those that criticize. I was not a Christain as a teenager, nor were many of my friends. We chose bad paths, including sex and drugs. I ended up pregnant at the age of 15. I had friends who are hooked on drugs. It is not a pretty sight. As a Christian, there is guidance for you, and a network of friends who are facing the same challenges as you. I think that is a great advantage over non-Christians.
Good luck, and God bless.
