U will get out about 40% of the hp. u put in the first compressor. Regardless u cannot get more out than what u put into the first.

Air compressors are maybe 60% efficient because the air heats as it is compressed and this heat energy is usally lost to the atmosphere. Once you have the compressed air you would need a turnbine (similar to t steam trunbine in a power plant to convert the air pressure into mechanical energy)- this process would most likely be in the 80% range and there is friction to be overcome. The spinning turbine would then need to be coupled to a generator with another set of bearings and electrical current beginning to flow- another source of heat lost to the atmosphere.

All in all I'd estimate the overall recovery of energy to be less than half of the energy input.
