Hi, my names Jazmine. I'm 15, 5'5 and i weight 134 pounds. I'm trying my best to get down to 125 by the end of march, so that's about 10 pounds i want to lose. Is there a way i can lose 10 pounds by the end of this month by eating less than 1800 calories and excersising for a half hour?

Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

I don't know if you can lose 10 pounds... I think you are safe to lose 6-7, and probably your caloric restriction and exercise should make it happen.

If you want to speed your metabolism up, try eating 6 small meals 300 calories each. Works like a charm for me.
