As long as you can manage to jam into your schedule. Typically, 40lbs of fat in 13 weeks is not doable.

40 pounds = 140000 excess calories to burn off.

If you burn 100 cal/mile walking, that translates to 1400 miles, or more than 100 miles per week.

Or if you assume an Ironman triathlon (2.4m swim, 112 m bike, 26.2 m run) burns 8000 calories, you would have to do one every 5 days for the next 3 months.

If you're serious, you need to get off the computer and get busy.

Realistically, regular daily exercise for at least an hour plus calorie restriction might get you 20 pounds in that time.

Try to take most of your calories earlier in the day so you have a chance to burn them rather than letting them turn to fat while you sleep.

Thats a lot of weight to lose in 2-3 months. You should shoot for something more realistic, like 10-15 pounds.
