my cousins body from the top part is fine but her hips are really big and wide
and her legs from the top and bottom are fat but her stomack is fine she wants to get thin in 2 weeks or quieker anyway u could reduce plus her butt is big too.
She loves wearing strips they show her hips to much.please help thanks

add more protein have less cals, then do some jogging and squats

run, i wish it was more simple but its not. running will tone up the butt inner thigh and the outer hip area. go everyday or every other day watch your diet a little bit. you don't have to give up much of anything just really cut back on sugar. and jog/run, what ever is more suitable for your endurance, for around 15-20 mins about a mile 1/2 to 2 mile.

map out a path you are going to run in your car so you can record the actual miles

This may not get her the way she wants in 2 weeks, but lets face it, most things won't.....

Try pilates... I got (a while ago) MTV Pilates dvd from Walmart.. I found it a little tough at first but it got easier and even fun...it mostly works your core muscles (aka; abs) but it does do a lot for the rest of your body as well.

she ain't losin nothin in 2 weeks especially in the hips and legs, it takes time but she could try walkin some more or doing squats and lunges

In two weeks she can reduce by about 10 lbs, in water weight, but it will come back right away. Hips and thighs?
squats and lunges, lots of them.
