Best camera under $ 200?

What do u think is a really good camera for under 200 $ im not looking for any high teck mega pix but i would like it to have video with sound . Any brand will do. thanksss

My granddaughter just got a Sony DSC-W50 for $180. It has 6MP, 3x Optical Zoom, big LCD screen, Video and Sound, sturdy metal case, and lots of Automatic and Scene modes that give good looking pics. She love it!

Olympus has some nice models, that are digital cameras/video cameras, in one.
