Not exactly. I believe the physical universe to be false. Only the 'spiritual' realm exists, but we cannot see it because of avidya (ignorance); instead we falsely see the physical world. This doesn't mean that science isn't valid.

In most ways of thinking presently; I would say a spiriual/mental realm does coexist with the physical realm.
Part of it may be our 5 senses do not 'see' it, but it none the less exist. Perhaps that is where faith (trust), love, and others things come in. Prayer to God being talking to someone that does perceive it and its realities.

If it co-existed, it would be part matter. The phyiscal realm is real, the spiritual world is undefineable.

The question you should ask is, is the spiritual world dominant to the physical world or vice versa? If the physical world was dominant, than the physical world changes the spirit. But if the spirital world is dominant, then the spirit changes or alters the world.

I believe the spiritual world is the will of the mind.

I've seen too many ghosts to say there isn't. I think there is. But its only a plain thats.... different than ours. It can seem to interact with us much easier than we can go the other way.

You see, I'm pretty much Atheist in that I observe the gods as simply concepts of the human mind rather than divine beings. But I do believe in spirituality and the spiritual realm.
