I really like:
fettucini alfredo
spinacth fettucini
spaghetti carbonara (as long as the spaghetti is angel hair and not broken into short lengths)
tortellini in cream sauce flavored with nutmeg
paglia e fieno
pasta (shaped) in a pesto w/ pancetta
pasta aglia olio
pasta al burro
pasta with fresh (uncooked) pasta sauce
baked ziti

Ravioli, tortellini, campanelle, penne, and orzo. As long as the dish doesn't have fennel, but tons of cheese, I'm happy.
