"Bumbo clot"
It's a reference to "Blood and clot" which together is another curse phrase. It refers to a woman's monthly cycle. Most Jamaican profanities (bad words) refer to a woman's period and could subject you to prosecution under the law in Jamaica. This is all under old British laws, as Jamaica is a former British colony. If you go to Jamaica, I would not advise you to use it very openly unless you are extremely familiar with those around you, because many Jamaicans would be offended by it, particularly the upper classes or those who are more educated, religious, etc. They would consider you as ignorant and vile. No way to make friends.
