If you like her and she did a good job, then tip her. She will only give you better service next time. The more you tip, the more she will want to please you... and she will actually like you more and enjoy being with you more because of the positive reinforcement. She is working because she has to make a living, and if you pay her well, she will appreciate it not only consciously, but subconsciously as well, since she will associate you with the very good feeling of having enough money to pay the bills.
Depending on how much she charges, I would suggest 20% or more for a tip.

though if you give them more than the agreed apon price you will get better service, keep in mind most are not independant and so their cut is usally only 30%
