Sounds like you have a systemic viral illness probably the flu. Nothing much you can do because as with most viral illnesses, it is self-limiting (it will go away on its own after a while). No medications available and if it is available, it will be very expensive. All you can do is supportive treatment. Medications for fever and muscle aches. Take lots of fluids and rest.

Likely the flu but the 1st phase of HIV infection is a period of Flu-like symptoms. Consider your risk and proceed accordingly.

If you've had no HIV risk factors in the past month or so:

drink plenty of fluids, rest, treat your flu symptoms like taking an over the counter pain reliever for the muscle aches and if it gets worse or lasts for longer than a couple of weeks, see your primary care provider.

If you've had unprotected sex or shared drug injection equipment-see your primary care provider soon to have a HIV test.

This could be because of muscle fatigue or dehydration. Try exercising all parts of your body. It also sometimes is due to disuse atrophy. Or may be you are going in for a viral infection. Try out some home remedies. You can also look for information in the web that give you home remedies. I found this website very useful. http://aches.in/cramps.html

It looks like you have the flu for sure. Take tylenol and see if it brings your fever down. If you have anything above 101F for two days, go see a doctor.
