i want an english bulldog and i can't find an except the cuttest 1 in the world but she is $4,299. i want a girl a little new where should i find her?

From your local humane society! Also, depending on where you live you may be able to a rescue group for the particular breed of dog you are wanting. Many times humane societies and rescue groups can connect you with a dog who will work well with your personality and family---and many times they can find you a dog that is pureblooded.
If you *have to, have to* have a pureblood dog that you raise from a puppy--first remember that this is a huge committment. Make sure you have the resources (money, time, energy) to give this dog. Then find a responsible breeder (not from a pet store!) from who you can purchase the dog--a good breeder will make sure to begin socializing his / her puppies, not keeping them locked up in a pen or cage 24/7.
Petfinder is a great resource to connect you with local shelters / rescue groups. You can even search based on age and gender of the dog you want.

The reason she costs that much is because she probably had to be born by Caesarian section... bulldogs aren't the best designed breed, and have a lot of problems giving birth. And breathing, with long soft palates that can cause problems in some individuals.
If you really want one I'd suggest looking up a good breeder and asking questions about the health of the parents. Particularly ask if they have ever had any surgery for entropion (eyelid surgery) or soft palate problems, because these are really common. This could save you a lot of money at the vets later, and you'll be improving the breed itself.
Try looking online (Google search) for breeders in your state. Good luck!

Look online for English Bulldog breeders, depending on what stae you live in, there are some websites. If there are no websites for your area, check with kennels, pet grooming places, vets and pet stpres. Sometimes, people leave their cards at those types of places or people that work there will know. Hope that hels...Good luck! I love English bulldogs too, make sure you looks for breeders whose dogs have no health problems. Bulldogs are nototious for hip dysplasia and other health problems. That is why they're expensive...they're very hard to breed to, c-sections only!

Bulldogs aren't cheap no matter where you are in the world because of the chances thatthey have had to be born by c-section. If you truely want a well bred bulldog puppy then your best bet is to start saving now. It'll be worth the wait.
