I pop my knees like 7-10 times a day It's starting to become compulsive It doesn't hurt or anything but It just seems like it's getting easier and easier to pop bones not just knees but toes elbows ankles,can this hurt me in the future?

When you pop your knees it's actually fluid being "squished" out. It's very true what the others are saying, you could get arthritis if you keep doing it. Maybe put a rubber band on your wrist and pop it when you feel like popping your knee, that way you can focus on snapping something else instead of having knee problems in the future.

Yes this is bad because poping your knees can wear out the bone and it can affect you in the future and it can even make you ahve a knee replacement in the future. So stop poping your knees.

it's not good. the more you pop, the more tendonous membrane you compromise. put a stop to it or you could deteriorate your joints someday. you will definitly feel it when your in your 50's! what you do now totally effects you way later!
