No man has seen God.

Can you tell me what cosmic dark energy looks like? I've never seen them, have you? Inquiring believers want to know.

Here is my point, sir, we all believe in many things without absolute and total knowledge. For example we know very little about solar physics, yet we all believe very strongly that the sun will rise each day.

Why is it we can believe in many things using rational analysis, even when what we believe is only partially known, yet when it comes to matters like a supreme being, we suddenly want the "show me" proof?

I like to be consistent in my rationality, yet the logic above is glaringly inconsistent. Stand for something, sir, or you will fall for anything.

Read "Rational Spirituality" available on the Dhaxem website, and look up in particular the chapter on the caracteristics of Souls. It describes that of God, as well.

The Soul of God is the biggest, brightest and most beautiful Soul in the Universe.

Yes and you know what's cool is that he made you a reflection of Him that has never been seen on earth ever before and no one will be able to duplicate you after you die. So if you want to know what God looks like look at the good in ppl He was the one who created them.

No one has ever seen God. "But the Bible says man was made in his image. So the Question you are asking will never be anwserd by man. Dont worry you will be standing before him one day and your answer you will see.

No...I cannot, nor do I believe anyone can. I could describe Him in terms like awesome, wonderous etc...but that is from my perspective. And no, when we read that man was created in the image of God...I do not believe that means we look like God.

We're not supposed to know what God actually looks like. "He made man in his own image" is as close as the bible comes. But, I know a guy with no arms or legs, is that the image of God?

He is the Holy Spirit. He can take any form that he wants to and appear to you in your dreams. So what he looks like cant really be pegged down to only one.
